Will the Tuk Tuk tours run in bad weather?
Are the tours priced per person or per Tuk Tuk?
Our tours are priced per person, with a minimum charge of two passengers per Tuk Tuk.
Is there a maximum capacity on a tuk-tuk ride?
Each Tuk Tuk can accommodate up to 3 passengers. For safety and comfort, the combined weight of passengers in the rear seat must not exceed 210 kg / 460 lbs.
Can I cancel my tour?
Yes. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your Tuk Tuk tour are eligible for a full refund.
Is insurance included in the tour?
Yes. Our tours include civil liability and personal accident insurance, as required by our Portuguese Tourist Board tourist entertainment license (RNAAT: 643/2021), for your safety and peace of mind.
Can you transport children?
Yes. Children aged 3 and over are welcome and must remain seated with their seatbelt fastened. Children aged 3–9 travel free, with a maximum of 1 child per 2 adults (3 passengers per Tuk Tuk). Please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.
What are your opening hours?
We’re open every day from 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM. For requests outside these hours, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Can elderly passengers travel with walkers or wheelchairs?
Yes. Please let us know in advance so we can discuss the best and safest way to accommodate and securely store the walker or wheelchair during the tour.
